This is the data that we recorded from 30 people who responded to our survey.

This data provides very important insight because it directly correlates to the students and what they think of the Common Core Standards. The questions range from their current math grade to what works and doesn't work in how their teachers try to teach the standards to them.

Summary of the questions and responses:

1: What current grade are you in?- Out of our 30 responses, 29.4% were freshmen, 23.5% were sophomores, 17.6% were juniors and 29.4% were seniors.

2:What current math class are you in?- The majority of the 30 responses 89.2% said that their current class is under the current Common Core standards.

3: What is your grade in your current math class?- Out of the responses that answered they are enrolled in Common Core 71.4% said that they are earning a B or higher in their current math class.

4: How does Common Core make you feel about school?- Out of those enrolled in Common Core 85.7% answered that it has had a negative impact on school for them in some way.

5: How does Common Core make you feel about yourself?- Out of those enrolled in Common Core 57.1% answered that Common Core has a negative impact on themselves as students in some way.

6: Do you feel like you are learning in Common Core?- Out of the responses that answered that they are enrolled in Common Core 64.3% feel like that they are not learning anything from their math class.

7: Do you like the way your teacher teaches the class?- Of those enrolled in Common Core 57.1% answered that they do not like the way their teacher teaches the class.

8:Do you like the idea of collaborating and working together on group projects- From those that said they are in Common Core 57.1% said that they like to collaborate and do group projects.
